Hi. In the summer (that’s like over 6 months ago) I use to do a lot of training cause I use to play sports, so my training involved workouts like Abs etc and then one night I just had this stomach pain. I went to the doctors for check out but they couldn’t see anything wrong, so they told me that I most probably pulled/strained my muscles. The doctor’s advice was to keep away from exercise and to take some painkillers to ease the pain. After 3 months that healed but the thing is I started to get these like choking/ swallowing problems its not bad or nothing, it would happen once in a while if I had some solid food I might have a little trouble swallowing. I told my parents about it and they said just to take my time when eating but what I want to know is, could this be like a little side affect from my recently stomach injuries? And what should I do?

You may need pepcid complete for stomach acids, it may
be a wisdom tooth coming in also-go have xrays..
Or it could just be allergy season.
You should lift lighter weights every other day so you will
not get burned out like you did before.

If you have heart burn that accompanies this difficulty in swallowing, you may be suffering from a very real but treatable medical condition known as gastric esophageal reflux disease(GERD). Your doctor has treatment options available that may include a medication that decreases the amount of acid your stomach is producing. So what are you waiting for? Make an appointment to see your doctor today to find a treatment option that is right for you.
