1. Open Internet Explorer browser.
2. Click on the 'Tools' menu in the menubar.
3. Click on the 'Internet Options'.
4. Click on the 'Security' tab and then click on the 'Custom Level'.
5. Place a dot before the 'Enable' option under the 'Download signed ActiveX controls' option.
6. Place a dot before the 'Enable' option under the 'Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins' option.
7. Click on the 'OK' button.

What you're seeing is a security warning from Internet Explorer if you get this you can get rid of this warning by opening internet explorer and clicking on the tools button click internet options click the security tab click custom level scroll down to where it says "ActiveX controls and plug-ins" then scroll down a bit more to "Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting" you'll have three choices disabel, enable, prompt you are probably set at promt change to enable that should do it

Active X is necessary to view certain websites correctly or even do an online virus scan for instance. We need more information - exactly "WHEN" and "WHAT" site or you trying to view when this popup occurs?
Active X is a major security risk by Microsoft - hence the prompt to ask you if you want to run it.
