Im kinda a looser, but everyday people ask sup? i dont exactly know how to reply to this... please nothing old like the ceiling or the sky. something u accualy reply with.

You can simply reply, "sup," or you could say something like, "You, you're happening."

Well, whenever someone asks me whats up I just say " Nothing much. How bout' you?" I hope this helps!
