90% of the Disney Resorts are kid friendly! Only a select few are more designed for adults (including Saratoga Springs, Swan & Dolphin, Contemporary, and the Grand Floridian, in my opinion). However the best Disney Resorts for children are the following:
All Star Resorts: Fun, inexpensive, and imaginative!
Animal Kingdom Lodge: Fun kids activities, and wild animals right outside your window!
Polynesian Resort: Feel like you've left Florida and entered Hawaii!

I personally think all of the resorts are kid friendly. The All-Stars are the only ones that are really geared more towards the kids, along with Pop Century. If I have to pick any one, it would be the All-Star Movies resort. When I stayed there with my kids, they loved it.
Check out www.disneyworld.com. You can do a resort comparison and see pictures of all of the resorts. Also, the Birnbaum's guide to Disney is really good. There are lots of guidebooks out there, but that one has worked the best for us.
