I had two months off over christmas.My family was more important than answering questions.There is certain times to stop and put others first,where they belong. x

I do all the time !!!!!!
In fact II think I feel better when I go a few days without checking it sometimes all these answers and questions are just to much I need a day to process !!!!!!!

You can go as many days as you want, but I wouldn't go too many days if a lot of people know you're email address. U could have some unnecessary last minute events if you're friends let u know about outings via internet. So miss some days if u have too, but not too many.
