i thought everone knew that.ok.get 2 replacement ends and take a pair of side cuts and cut off the old ends and peel away how much cable you want and put the new ends on the cables.dont forget to tighten the bolts.

You can get terminals that have clamps for the wires to go in, but you'd have a lot better connection if you just replaced the whole cable with terminals permanently attached.
