Why is it your element?

My element is water because I'm drawn to its mysteriousness and it is calm and chaotic at the same time, kind of like me.

As a Capricorn, I could be said to be a cardinal Earth, which tradition says can be seen straddling Water. In Chinese philosophy, my element is Metal. As it happens, I believe we all encompass all of the elements to degree. (Personally, though, I have a great Earth affinity.)

Although a fire sign by birth (Aries), water is probably the closest element I identify with. I guess I've reached that point in my life where temperance and experience cool fire's passions to the point of controlled focus. I still "burn" occasionally, but I've learned on the paths I've been on to rely on cool contemplation instead of giving to fiery reaction. What's yours and why?

I'm an Aquarius (Air) but have always been very drawn to Water. Not only the physical presence of it - I love the ocean, the Great Lakes, rivers, etc. - but also the spiritual/emotional aspects of it.

In western astrology i'm a gemini (wind). In the Chinese astrology I'm a water Pig. Which is a double water sign since Pig is water. I'm pretty lucky. Look into it! :D Oh ya and I was born on the hour of the Fire Horse.

I would have to say that my element is fire. I can become very angry and frustrated very easily. However at the same time, I can be cooled down very easy, and cant hold a grudge.

All elements are a part of me and I don't want to sound weird but I can control small amounts of them with my telekinesis.

Air, it is not only because my sign belongs to it, but I love being able to be very laid back but still be able to blow up if some one threatens or hurts one of my friends! but i am very kind for the most part.

earth. im calm and im down to earth about alot of things. when talking to people i listen more then anything. i let them tell me what i want to tell me before i say anything. people can tell me anything and they know i wont tell. i LOVE being in the woods, i can spend HOURS in there.
