my guy hardly ever climaxes during intercourse. That would be okay except he always wants me to finish him off by giving him a BJ. By that point I'm usually done and it's very anti-climatic. Also it's becoming the routine and it's starting to piss me off.
It may be because I'm not on the pill and he's worried about birth control issues (we use condoms). Any advice?

Some guys do love it one way, and it sounds like your guy gets off on you blowing him. I would talk to him and let him know how you feel, it might because your not on the pill. It could also mean that he is use to your mouth, and he is going to have to learn some new tricks. The longer it goes on, the harder it will be to see his face during sex.
Get some toys or lube, and say you want to try something new. You can now teach him to please you, your the teacher.

Some positions feel better than others, even with a condom on. Keep experimenting and find the one that he is able to climax with. Sex should be fun and playful and not something to worry about.

try doing kegal exercises. it takes like 15 mins a day and you can do it anywhere after about 1-2 weeks you will have really built up your muscles. once you build up those muscles you can squeeze and make it really tight for him down there during intercourse. he won't be able to keep from cumming. good luck
P.S. also try making more noise lots of guys love that.

do some heavy foreplay on him and then have him have intercourse. Caress his thighs while this is happening and that should make him...If you are tired of the BJ thing to get him off, stop.

Get on the pill so he wont have to use condoms which can really dull the sensations for a man.
I may add that is not very compassionate of you, after he gets you there you don't even want to bring him there too!

This is a really common problem with circumcised guys. Cut him some slack--he didn't chose to have his penis chopped, as it was probably done when he was born; parents didn't know any better a couple of decades ago.

While you are having intercourse, slide your flat hand down between the two of you and move your hand so his penis is between two of your fingers. Apply a bit of pressure to it

just dont do it every time. maybe he is counting on that and thats why he doesnt *** (some guys can concentrate (tantric sex) really good) tell him how much you would want him to *** while inside you.
