Not really. It means it's doubly important to look at the aspects between Saturn,(ruler of Capricorn) and the moon, aspects to your ascendant, if any, planets in or aspecting the 4th and 10th house and rulers thereto. Sun and moon in Cap is generally an indication that although your paents were married a long time, they really weren't that close, or that one or more parental figure was emotionally cold or absent (could even be grandparents). Also speaks of your relationship with an older sibling, (maybe a critical, bossy, sister) and maybe even that you were born later in your parents life. Much depends on chart and aspects. Because maybe your parents were extremely close, and for whatever the reason or circumstances , it seemed like forever before they could have you, and that you were the long awaited gift. I know ours is good, because I helped her run a 'statistical study' on all the charts she's ever done and the people she did them for, and her 'accuracy level' was 98.9% ... which is EXTREMELY HIGH. So ... get your chart done at least twice, 'from scratch' by three different astrologers ... compare the 'natal charts' and the 'readings' they give you to judge 'accuracy' of 'your astrologer.'
