I used to dislike it but now I'm sort of leaning more in favor of it.

NOO..I had a dog named that. And I knew a girl who went by that is she was a little b*tch..So I hate the name.

Missy is cute for short, but not as the actual name. It sounds to stripper-ish. Maybe something like Melissa, Misha, or Misty.
Then again, it's just my opinion and only yours should matter

It kind of sounds like a dog's name, or more of a nickname. It can also be short for Melissa. Or when your Mom is angry and says... Listen here Missy!!!

My name is Melissa and when i was younger my family would call me Missy, then my sister started calling me Missy Pissy. Not a fun nickname. Dont use it

I kind of like the name.. but because of some people it reminds me of... I would never ever use it!!!.. isn't that weird how one person can either make you love or hate a name just by association!!
Anyways it's a pretty name!!
