Yeah, he is a bit of a typical Euro misogynist, which of course means that he's totally detached from the real world.
He's led FIFA for I don't know how long. And there are still no efforts to tap into the economic power of women who like soccer. Not just in Europe but also in the US. I mean, look at all the soccer moms. They all have major $$$. I bet very few watched the World Cup last year (or spent $$$ on tickets or thought about encouraging their kids to become a professional soccer player).
It's not just him who's the misogynist. It's also people like Franz Beckenbauer and Sepp Maier. The old gray cranky guard. They run soccer as if it was their personal fiefdom. And God only knows what financial irregularities FIFA is hiding. It's a very closed and secretive organization. Whenever there are allegations, they are swept under the rug. It's a disgrace.
FIFA needs to reform itself and become corruption-free!
