Im Mex/Native American/ White European but I look white...can I get french twists or micro braids done in my hair?

yes you can. There is alot of gurls that are white or white and mexican where I live that get micros and twists and stuff like that. It still looks good on y'all too.

One cultural style for long hair that is simple and looks awesome:
Pull hair back into a low ponytail and hold with a thick hairtie.
Then about an inch down put a smaller/thinner band in and keep putting ones in about an inch down until it's all done. I know several people who do this, do it myself sometimes. I always get compliments when I do.

you didn't describe your hair but i am guessing it is curly/straight.
micros will definitely work as long as the top is curly. if the curl starts towards the end of your hair, you might need some mousse, spritz, gel... to keep it in place but it should still work.
