Aveeno has a moisturizing chapstick that is amazing! Just don't use anything with mineral oil (this applies to chapsticks and lotions as well). Mineral oil tends to dry out the skin. Just read the label. Any chapstick (usually the more expensive ones) that has no mineral oil in it will be best for your lips.

Burts Bees wax. It is by far THE BEST and I've tried every blistex, chapstick, neosporin lip etc. under the sun. I love the way it smells too (peppermint) and gives my lips a nice waxy matte look. Sienna Miller wears it all the time.

well, the original Chapstick is great and has many different types, but i like this special Blistex one i have for dry, chapped lips but it kinda smells like toothpaste and tylenol. Burt's Bees is great too.

Well...I cant say the tags cause I know many. But try going on to chap sticks like care line or Avon or any other chap sticks hat has SPF and moisturizers.
