I've got a fj1100 with no spark on 2 and 3. all components are testing within spec. I replaced the ignitor box with another one, but is is used as well. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with these and knows of any common electrical problems. Or if anyone has any other tests or suggestions thank you.

The wire going to the pickup on those tends to break inside the insulation where it bends as the centrifugal advance plate rotates.

Unplug the wire harness from the 2&3 coil.
Plug those wires into the 1&4 - if you get spark, then all electrical is good except the 2&3 coil, it's wires, or spark plug caps.
Then plug the 1&4 wires into the 2&3 coil to double check it - if there's no spark, then you found the problem. Bad 2&3 coil, it's wires, or spark plug caps.

Remove plug caps and check them first. Did you check pick up wiring? on 1100 I've seen the wiring rub through on frame. you have to take tank off and check.where harness runs alongside engine on middle right.( over/under frame)
I think you have to remove a couple of wire ties (I haven't done one since mid eighties) The FJ1200 had wiring running different to cure problem
