I'm not sure if you remember this. There was a guy who either jumped or fell from one of the towers. The incident was caught briefly by the cameras. All I could do was watch in shock. It was very sad indeed to watch someone actually fall to their death. I could only imagine what was going through his mind? Your thoughts?

He wanted to fly, not like he had a choice, burn in the inferno or be crushed, they say you pass out before you impact and maybe that is what he was hoping for. And then, he might have been blown out of the window during the firestorm erupting through the building. Five years later and they are still farting around in Afghanistan, I only have to think of those falling towers and know what I would do if I could press a button and level a mountain range.

I think there was more than one person who jumped. I can't imagine what those poor people went through before they made the decision. I don't think anyone can even imagine it. I know I have never looked at an airplane without thinking about 911. It changed everything, and in a really bad way thanks to the powers that be. For a moment the world was united with us and "they" trashed it.

There was not just the one guy. I saw a couple holding hands jumping from a window. There were many more.
In a documentary that was filming inside a tower before it collapsed, you could hear the bodies when they hit the ground.

This was the most terrible event that I have experienced in my lifetime.

He didn't just want to wait for death to come for him aimlessly so he decided to confront it head on. It's and unimaginably terrifying thing to stare inevitable death in the face. He did not want to die or be permanantly injured from being crushed by a building. He could have been trapped in the room who knows, but whatever was going through his mind must have been unbearable so he relived himself from the burden as quickly as possible.
Just my brief thoughts on it for now.

GOod to bring it up, years later, I think that was messed up, but hell I'd jump too

I know I watched that 9/11 movie, and well at the end, I saw all the Port Authority and Cop names, and well as I suspected my ex girlfriends dad's name was on it :(
