1- look online or go to a salon because they have books with differentt hairstyle suggestions.

Search hairstyles on Google-- if you find any you
like, you should print it out and get it done to your hair.
Or, you can look through magazines for hairstyles.
I don't think you should try looking for prom dresses
online, unless your looking for ideas for a custom one.
There's a popular store in my area that has lots of
prom dresses. Maybe there's one like that in your area,
so you should go check it out! Even if the store isn't
in your area, get someone to drive you there. You
want that perfect dress, right? ;]

for hair, you should have it in a kind of bun, or take a little bit of the hair from above ur ears,bring it to the back so it looks like a ponytail with some hair in the back still hanging out, and then take the ponytail part and put a scrunchie in it. And then you can (optionally) curl it.

try up and really fancy for your hair and something not to showy for the dress [ but make it sparkaly ]and for other stuff make it bling bling
