I am playing Warcraft The Frozen Throne. I want to be able to make an arranged team game with myself, a friend and my husband. Anyone know what to do to be able to accomplish this?

That was badly put, I need to know how to arrange the settings on my computer to be able to host a game. If it makes a difference, my husband and I are on the same router.

What I think you need to do is something called port forwarding. If you haven't tweaked any settings on your Warcraft game yet, then the default port is 6112, and it should still be the port used. Now, depending on the router that you use, some steps might be different. What you need to do is create a static IP address for your own computer. Then after you do that, go on a computer that is connected by ethernet cable to your router, and access the router's options by typing the IP address of your router into the address bar of any browser. Depending on which company's router you have, it's going to be a different IP. If you have Linksys, it's 192.168.1.1 and for D-Link it's 192.168.0.1. Or, you might have changed the settings previously. After you access the options, look for something related to port forwarding. Find that, and then forward ports 6112-6119 to your static IP, both TCP and UDP, and enable it.

If this was confusing, go here

and follow directions.

Hope this helps!
