She's spanish, I think she's married, has that snobby look all the time, never says "hi" or even looks at me,-maybe a glance, & I've worked with her for about a year. (as of my question, what do you think?-I'm curious.)

Actually I think your bored. You need to spice your life up a bit and get your mind of this co-worker. Go get a really fun magazine and the newspaper and take a trip to your local coffee shop (get hot chocolate if you don't drink coffee) Or join a fitness club and do the 5 machines in 30 minutes routine. Go buy a dog and go to the park. Just quite thinking about some bubble blowing tramp at work! Good Luck!

Sounds like she's lacking on manners. I don't think it's cool or very mature to chew gum and blow bubbles at work, but maybe in her culture it's different. Maybe she's shy and wants to get to know you. Try talking to her. Just make small talk. Compliment her on her bubble blowing or something. Sometimes shyness is mistaken for snobbery. If she doesn't respond to your friendliness, don't let it get you down. I would hate to work with someone that long that I couldn't talk to, so I would try to get to know her better.

she's a stuck up you know what, and I wouldn't even give her the time of day, nor another thought about it, but, maybe she has a crush on you, and isn't really stuck up, and is making you notice her...either way, she's just making sure, probably because she's insecure, she's just wanting attention
