The sad thing is that I'm very much attracted to her and I think she knows it, I mean she has caught me several time staring at her. Guys! she hot I mean very hot. But I'm scared about my job if I think with my other brain.

Only if it's a group of you going out - like a team happy hour. I've had employees date bosses and it can turn into a sexual harassment issue if one is fired, or what not. Not fun...
If you are really attracted to her, try to get transferred to another department first, then go out for drinks.

No, not for sure. Think that is just a passing ship. Is she married, How much do you know her. First find another job if you have to ask her out. Can you just invite her to see some business plans, if you have any. In an open space, ask her with your group of work mates, but again its not a good ideal, I am not saying that it don't happen, yes it does, where do you stand at work, what is your position, can you do better. Remember you are living on her income, I mean if you are fired before you find another job. Think twice, and think it hard.Hot don't solve the love means when Hot have no heart, then that's where your heart falls empty. Only you can make a better decision in your life, when its comes to a partner, so think again.

Did she ask you for drinks?
Either way, think about it. How important is this job to you? If you end up hooking up or dating, what would happen if you broke up? Would she use her 'boss powers' to make your job-life hell?

you could go out with her but keep it casual. if you make her feel uncomfortable, she may not be so nice to you when you get back to work. if she tries to come on to you, roll with it and while she's making you breakfast the next morning, start looking for a new job!

From what you say= go for it, who knows you job should'nt enter into it ===off the job.make sure your off of work.
