Number of things constitute a bad driver, usually more than one combined.

Anyone who is not paying full attention to driving. I see too many people driving erratically while doing things like chat on the phone, trying to read something, talkign to someone else in the car, day-dreaming, etc.

Also people who don't pay attention to the rules of the road. This includes everything from not using turn indicators for turns or lane changes, not staying in the right lane when there's no reason to be in the center or left lanes, not yielding right of way, etc.

People who drive without their lights on when the lighting conditions require it, such as early morning, early evening, or in inclement weather.

The thing that annoys me most, though is while you're going down the road, nobody behind you for as far as the eye can see, and some idiot just has to pull out to be in front of you instead of waiting just a few seconds for you to pass, and they usually then slow down and turn in front of you.

As a truck driver it would be the people who slow down and speed up with no regard to the traffic following especially on hills and also people who sit well below the speed limit and wont let you pass.

Like those people who speed up to beat the yellow light. Also when drivers like go so fast, but then they just stop at the red, like a car infront of you.

When there is no one behind me and someone pulls out in front of me then goes 2 blocks and turns. Why not just wait for me to pass before you pull out?
