Emu & Ugg are two different
companies that make boots.

I don't know about Emus,
but Uggs come in lots of colors
and styles. They also have them
for children. Uggs are priced $120+

Considering price, quality, and age of the company ,Uggs are better. They are more widley known, and are well made. Also they have been around for a long, long time. Emu actually copies Ugg and cost like less then half the price in many stores.

Overall, the boots do appear to be the same but there is a drastic differance in quality and price. Emu boots tend to have cheap, poor quality soles that make the boots look "slumped over" in a matter of weeks. Many do indeed claim Emu boots are better, however, it is likley that they see the price as better. On the other hand, Emu boots do indeed have genuine sheepskin lining(making them miraculouly warm). Therefore if you cannot afford uggs boots or are not willing to pay such a high price, Emu boots are a possible subsitute( although they are really just a cheap copy of Uggs)
