how do you make a picture a link?

ok so i got an answer to my other question on how to add my layouts i made to my layout site on myspace. they said take a screen shot then make the picture a link. i cant figure out how to do that. and if anyone has in other info on how to add layouts you make to a layout site on myspace please tell me.

Use this code:

It is 100% XHTML compatible and the border="0" part will get rid of the ugly border around a linked image.
