First you need a digital camera and a telescope. I assume that you are wanting to scenic/planetary pics and not deep space pics.? I have a good link that will help answer your questions about what you need.

Taking good, high quality pictures from the Moon is
really not that hard.

Step 1.
Travel to the Moon.

Step 2.
Land on the Moon and set up your photography shop.
Don't forget to hold your breath.

Step 3.
Errect your camera on a tripod or other suitable stand.

Step 4. Use a light meter to determine the exact amount
of light for the photo you wish to take. Set the camera
F Stop adjustment accordingly.

Step 5. Check view of camera through the view finder.
Make any adjustments that might be necessary.

Step 6. Take your picture quickly. Then run quickly
back to the space ship. Slip back inside before it is
to late.

Step 7. Exhale now. Take a few deep breaths.

Step 8. You are now ready to blast off and abandon all
that equipment. Your valuable pictures are in the canister in your pants pocket. You will become famous as the
only private citizen to have accomplished this fantastic
feat..

Travel to Mars, Jupiter, Neptune, Uranus, and Saturn
might turn out to be a little more difficult. Check the various airlines to see when seats on space flights might become available.

You'd have to go to those planets to take pictures "from" them

But I know what you really mean. You'd probably want a nice telescope with a nice camera hooked up to it, and probably some filters for best viewing
