first of all i'm sorry which you're dealing with such difficult circumstances. the only man or woman that could precise diagnose you is a specialist. i do no longer advise which you tell your mum and dad you have this affliction till you spot a specialist. even nevertheless, you may desire to tell your mum and dad which you have an interest in conversing to an exterior guy or woman concerning to a number of your very own emotions which you think are making you sick. in the event that they decide so you might open as much as them, propose them which you may decide for to confirm a specialist first. do no longer elevate the bi-polar section. tell them your depressing temper is affecting your well being. My mom has the two. Her temper changes from huge-unfold. Feeling loss of desire, low self esteem, feeling that the worldwide could be greater advantageous without you, anger blended with unhappiness are warning signs. good success and God bless.

This sounds a lot like my Mother, who is bipolar. Or....it could just be depression. It's a good thing that you're trying to nip this in the bud, as untreated depression can lead to bipolar.

Neither. It sounds like anxiety. You probably need a psychotherapist. If you are currently a student, you can get help from professionals WITHIN your school. Otherwise, talk to your doctor or religous leader.

Sounds more like Depression to me. Bi-Polar is where you are Manic Depressive. Where one minute you are sad and the next you are wild and crazily happy. Sounds more like you are in the Depressive stage.

My mother is bipolar and without her meds, has the same symptoms you've described. I'd highly advise that you see the person your DR has recommended. And please, if you are diagnosed as being bi-polar, please do not stop taking your meds. My mom will take the meds, begin to feel better and decide she doesn't need them anymore. She doesn't seem to realize that the meds being in her brain are correcting the chemical imbalance, thus making her feel better. Best of luck to you.

I would say you are depressed and would request Lexapro which will help with depression as well as general anxiety.
