Hello suki,

Do you still have the Mac OS X CDs? If so, you can insert the disk #1 and reboot while holding down the "C" key. This will cause the Mac to boot from the CD disk rather than your hard drive.

Don't launch the installer, but go up to the menu bar. I think there is a menu command there where you can assign a new Administrative password. Be sure to save it and then reboot.

Now be sure to write this password down where you won't lose it again. Best of luck to you.

When it happened to me last time on Windows XE, I restarted in safe mode, was able to erase my screen name account and login as "administrator". Good Luck.
