My wife and I have had rough spots in our marriages, but I feel for the most part I'm happily married. We are in love, and are more in love today than we have ever been. I miss her terribly when we are apart, and long to be together, we both feel the same way.
Just curious to see how you all feel.

YES, I'm happily married. I honestly believe every married family has had rough spots... without them... how would we know how great the perfect moments are. I too miss my husband dearly when we are apart and long to be together. I know I am more in love today than I have ever been... and tomorrow it will be a greater love than today.

My husband and I will be married for 2 yrs. this coming April. I'd be lying if I said that every day was a bowl of cherries. We have our ups and downs and our arguements and periods of time when we don't speak to one another. But, I'd have to say that in spite of all that, we are very happily married. I think its very unrealistic to expect every day to be just as wonderful as the first day you met. It takes work and sacrifice and compromise and communication to make it last. But if you can get through the difficult times and always remember why you fell in the love with each other in the first place, I think a marriage can be very happy and very fulfilling.

I think its great that marriage still works for some of us. I wish I could be happily married. Im just too much of a *****. Its like I turn into Mrs. Hyde or something. More power to all those married couples who know how to make it work.

I agree with what you said. I think every marriage goes through rough spots and it either brings you closer or you get divorced. Marriage evolves over the years and I think it actually gets better because you understand how the other person is over time and you appreciate and love them more.

Yes I am happily married. Marriage does have it ups and downs and it is how you handle the ups and especially the down whether the relationship will grow stronger or weaker.

No sadly i wasnt i was married for four years married to young lie to and cheated on me and my kids left i was in an abusive realtionship enough was enough! Congratulations to those of you who made it through!
