Hey Derek: What do you meant "clean the inside of your penis"? If you mean to clean under neat your foreskin, that's easy. When you are in the shower, roll back your foreskin and allow the warm water flow on your penis and add soap and rinse it well. In the mean time, masturbate and enjoy it.

Your not suppose to clean inside your penis, the urine actually cleans the tube as it leaves the body. When a man has had sex with someone or shot his load, he should urinate so the tube is clean.
If your looking to do some kinky stuff, you'll have to look at some serious sex shops. Also, look on the net..

Do not put anything in your urethra/pee hole
First it would HURT & BURN LIKE HELL

Are you serious? Why would you need or want to? Everything presumably flows out and it would only be "clean" till you evacuated your bladder again.
But try a shop vac.

You do Not need to clean out your Penis. Because, when ever you go PEE, your PEE Cleans out the entire 'Urethra' Penis-Pipe.
GOD thought of everything when HE Created us humans,, in keeping our Inside body's Clean : )
