No, planets only orbit one thing and that is the sun. There are two forces pushing against each other that keep a planet in one spot. Also earths moon is not the same moon for other planets, some planets can have several moons.

This cannot occur, both physically & logically.
By definition a planet has to be a certain size (relatively bigger than a "moon") and a moon has to be relatively smaller than a planet.
Also, you can't get a big thing to orbit a littler thing - it's a bit like a mouse trying to swing a cow.
The gravity of the smaller "moon" is not enought to hold onto the larger planet - that's why moons orbit planets & not the other way around.
There's plenty of good advice on how all this works on wiki - just search on moon, planet etc.

The term moon is used to denote an object that orbits a planet.
So no a planet does not orbit "the moon" or any moon.

there are no planets orbiting the moon it is too small to have planets maybe you could put a satellite up around it. The moon is not even classed as a planet not even a dwarf planet

Moons orbit planet, not the other way around.
There is nothing worth mentioning orbiting around the moon right now, expect perhaps a few space probes placed there on purpose.
Tell your girlfriend's sister to get her info from more reliable places.

The Earth and the Moon orbit each other as they both orbit the Sun.

No - planets orbit around a sun. The moon is a satellite which reflects the light from the sun. Satellites revolve around a planet or sun, not the other way around.

You think we would have seen somthing so close wouldn't you? The moon is pretty tiny to carry anything. It is so small, It is easly rotated by the earth. Planets are the dominant mass in their area and they carry moons. moons can't carry anythng if it already orbits somthing. Even so, they wouldn't be called planets, they would be sub-moons or moonlets or somthing. Just... They don't even have a name for it because they don't exist. I think possably their may be debris foating around the moon. There's stuff everywhere. But planets orbit a sun, not a moon. it's not the other way around. It's just rediculous that our moon would carry stuff in its orbit. I think we wold notice it if it were possable. Do the other planets' moons have "moonlets"? Most of them are alot bigger than our moon. Believe me. Space craft have not seen ANYTHING floating around our moon anywhere. Sisters! Crazy arn't they?
