The government has brought so many new laws out regarding using our cars, this is all in the name of global warming, but in reality its more about raising money. Lets face it, if the government was really concerned about making our country green, they would have made sure there was a 1st class public service in place, Have you tried catching a train or bus lately ? your lucky if they turn up and even luckier if they stop, and then when you try to get on, your packed in like sardines and then find your stuck on it due to points failure further down the line, and as for buses well you'd think they were doing you the favour for being there. This is no way to get us out of our cars,no matter how many obstacles they put in the way.
