YES!!
I have totally noticed a huge diffrent with the pregnancies.
With my son, I had no problems. No morning sickness, no sore breasts or anything.
I am 33 weeks with a little girl and this prgnancy has been a nightmare! I was sick for the first 5 months (couldnt eat OR drink!), my boobs have been killing me the whole way throough, and my milk hasalready come in (from pre-term labour though), and I am contantly in hospital because of blood pressure, pre-term labour (she really wants out!) and god knows what else!!
plus, with my son I craved red meat and icy poles...
I cant stand red meat with this one, and i am addicted to pickles!
So there ya go!!
Good Luck with everything

If it helps, when I was that age I was unusually large also. I didn't get a single comment, at least not that i knew about. HOwever, as long as she doesn't hear it, it won't affect her. Please don't worry about it, young boys are very immature these days and she's likely to see this.
