Sorry dude, but it all depends on your squad. Any decent coach will tell you that you pick the formation to match your players.

4-5-1. Place your fast forward as the lone striker, have them make lots of runs into their somewhat weakened defence. You need the 5 mids to try and dominate midfield play and own most of the possesion. This will weaken their link between the 3 strikers and the rest of their team nullifying the fact they have 3 players up top. 5 mids can be in any formation, though I suggest you place that great shooter as a lone attacking mid, 2 good mids at Central defensive mid, and use the fast defenders as wing mids. I should also mention the wing mids should be quick and strong defensively so they can slow down the opponents progress on the wings, which is where they will want to go. And finally, the four defenders should play a flat back four, holding a good line. Don't play with a sweeper! If you play a sweeper it will play into the 3-4-3's hands because it will open up wing space for the outside strikers to get in behind the defence. Try to have the flat back four be solid defenders that have worked together a lot in practice sessions. They have to watch their positioning and account for the opponents speed, but try and have those good wingers provide them some cover down the flanks and force their balls to the interior, where your defence will be strongest. If you get enough runs and attacks from your forwards and your wingers are fast enough, this could be a very successful formation for you. And always, remember the best formations put your teams strengths on display as well, keep that in mind too. Good luck.

playing against an attacking formation its better to use a defensive formation which would be a 5-3-2 this will leave the other team without attack

a 4-4-2 formation if you want to have good defense but it depends on what you want to have happen. You could keep one guy on their best striker and then have the rest play wherever.
