Go to the gym and ask the trainer to show you some exercises for your pecs. This will not make your breasts more firm (the are made up of fat so being firm without implants is impossible), but it will make you perkier.

Push ups and bench presses using weights will strengthen and firm your pectoralis muscles and will in turn lift your breasts slightly. Use an exfoliant twice a week and massage a moisturiser into your breasts for about 5 minutes to strengthen your collagen and elastin in your skin- this will prevent skin stretching.

It is hard to find them, but there are muscles that raise your pecs up also your breasts. I saw a stripper that could make hers go up and down. You may try to concentrate on where the muscles are. and maybe you can make one or both move. If you do keep at it. Good luck.

how saggy are they?

general exercise and diet will tone and tighten your whole body up...

but if they are looking like two deflated balloons, then you'd better consult a doctor

Push ups.....it will increase the size of your pecs, giving your breast a little bit of a lift.

put your palms together with your arms at shoulder level. push your palms together and release several times. do this every day. any exercise that will work on your chest muscles should help.

put your hands together in front of you and sort of tense up your hands and arms then release tem, do this 100 times a day
