Optimum Excel is a great Microsoft Excel consulting service; they specialize in accounting and insurance applications. They will probably be able to help you out. They are pros in VBA, macros, custom spreadsheet design and a whole lot more.
I have used their services a number of times. They have saved my company 1000’s of hours in work my setting up some spreadsheet optimization tools. It’s been great!

did you checkout this site www.ExcelGoodies.Com , they are basically into online live excel training and consultancy business.
Their trainings are basically instructor led sessions, well i learnt excel from them online. Most of the instructors with them seem to be finance and management professionals. Well, may be u can check with them.
May be u can visit their website and chat with the consultants online and check with them. They do have online chat facility there.

you might want to put up a job post...i know many are putting up posting on myspace. I know it sounds crazy but even big companies are posting on there. Good luck. I am adding a link here on "source(s)" as an example of what you are looking for and what is posted for it.
