Have a new cell (3 months old) changing providers and want to get it reprogrammed to be compatible with new provider

FYD, that is for you dummies. You need to state brand of phone and model and get an answer. You should state the phone you have and if it is NOKIA phone for example I can send the unlock codes so you can use in another cell phone company.
