I have an Audio Solution's Mp3 player (the black one that holds 512 MB and a USB cord as a charger) I had it for 2 months now. And now when I plug the mp3 player to the USB cord into the P.C., The mp3 is charging but the computer doesn't respond that the mp3 is connected. The Screen of the mp3 player did not show the picture of the computer screen being tranfer into the mp3 player like it use to.(Yes, I made sure it connected, because the computer also said that they found an unknown USB, which is the mp3 player.)

Probably either a virus or it needs to be updated. Hard to say. Delete the connection program and reload it up. I am not familiar with the brand of player. Also try clearing your mp3 player of all tunes and reload again. You know it is possible to load a corrupted song and then that will screw everything up.

Also did you change your program. For example were you loading from WMA 10 then upgraded to WMA 11 and then the troubles start. Look also at what you have done. Sometimes older player can not use the newer upgrades for one reason or the other.

You can do this:
1) go to the start menu and click on my computer.
2) You will find a icon that says "external hardive" or something like that. click on it.
3) transfer files.

That's whatI do and I have a panasonic mp3. It might work I don't know
