I'm a Jonathan and not a Faye Kellerman fan myself. His earlier work was much better than some of the more recent ones in my opinion. I wasn't keen on "Monster" nor on "Billy Straight" (not an Alex Delaware one I know). "Bad Love" wasn't well bad. The first time I read it I'd never read Kellerman before so this is the book that started it for me. "Silent Partner" was just plain weird. "When the Bough Breaks" was fabulous as were "Survival of the Fittest", "The Clinic", "Time Bomb" and "Devil's Waltz". At least from the Delaware series that's what I've liked the most.

After reading Faye Kellerman I had the feeling that I could have read something more remarkable than this. Funnily enough she's better known outside of the US than her husband. But that's just my 2 cents worth.
