Yep, take birth control pills. They gradually make your period lighter. You can also use them to skip your periods without any problems. Injectable birth control like Depo-Provera is supposed to be even better than pills for making periods shorter and lighter.

take the LoEstrin birth control pill. its the one that gives u shorter periods (3 days)

You can use a contraceptive pill. This is not recommended for shortening the lenght of all your periods, but its great if you are going on a holiday.

You can take this pill (The one with the: How do you say so long to a period thats too long commercial) or you can drink Ensure. It helps me to drink it.

I'm not sure if it'll cut down two days, but to shorten it and get a lighter flow, exercise a lot and drink plenty of water!
