I live in the UK and today I purchased an Xbox 360 console in a GAME store. When I returned home I found that the games that came with it were not compatible with my TV. My TV is 50MHz and all the Games that came along with the console require 60MHz. Can I return the whole console and it's components to GAME as neither the Console or the games are any good to me as I cannot play them? What I'm really looking for is anyone who has had to return a hardware item to a GAME store before.

It all depends on the stores policy they may let you return and you will get your money back or just give you store credit only

But I am 97 % sure they will let you return it
