I have to start wearing form fitting shoes because I wear flip flops too much and I love wearing my pumas. But the problem is that they are both flat. Now I need something thats going to support my foot at the bottom. Im also getting alot of pain in my ankles because of the shoes im wearing. What kind of shoes would help my arch on my foot?

As a substitute for Pumas, I personally love my Asics (Onitsuka Tigers, specifically). However, they don't give too much arch support, so realistically get some Nike Shox. Yeah, they're expensive (around $100) but I have a lot of friends who practically worship them because they give such great arch support. The little springy heel columns help elevate the heel and really alleviate the pressure on the arch. Go to your nearest sports shoe distributor to try them out for yourself! I'm sure you'll like them! Good luck!

K-Swiss or Abercrombie & Fitch would work well.
