why do wendys and carl jrs fries get cold so fast? but
Mcdonalds stay sooo hot for sooo long

B/C Wendy's and Carl's Jr are a thick cut fry which means more potato. More potato means more moisture and that means they chill faster. McDonald's is just a little potato and they fry the crap out of it so there is no moisture(or nutrition for that matter) left.

Could it be because Wendy's fries are cut thicker and Mcdonalds are thinner? I like McDonald's fries better.

to much water on it and usually they are lower quality (in my opinion)
