Yes he is. He will never be a huge playmaker like a Steve Smith, Chad Johnson but he is a very good all around player. Good for the locker room, good hands and blocks up field. As far as taking him over any WR in the league. I would have to go with Marvin Harrison or Steve Smith. But Hinds ward isin the top 10 WR's in the NFL

Over any wide out? See NOW he's overrated when you say that...You'd take him over Marvin Harrison too? Everything you described and probably better talent
As a Panther fan, I'd have to say what about Steve Smith too? He's a good guy also..and probably more talented too....
Not taking anything away from Ward...but seriously..he's not the best in the game as a player...and comparing to Harrison and Smith.....how does emotion matter there?

He tends to be off the radar, but that is more his choice. Most recognize him as the best blocking receiver when the name comes up. When you are in a league with trouble makers and egomanics, like Chad Johnson and T.O. and Randy Moss, well then not being a trouble maker or quote maker will keep you from getting all the attention. Besides he is signed with the Steelers so with no chance of him leaving he gets less attention as no Free Agency thought of another team trying to get him.

Actually, he is overrated.
Receivers I would take over Hines Ward:
Steve Smith
Roy Williams
Anquan Bolden
Larry Fitzgerald
Torry Holt
Marvin Harrison
Reggie Wayne
Andre Johnson
Chad Johnson
TJ Houshmandzadeh
and the list goes on...

i'd trust basically approximately each and every little thing human beings have already mentioned here...yet I additionally think of Hines is underrated because of the fact his "nicely worth" isn't measured in any of the information that many soccer followers care approximately.

Yes he is he might not be as good as recievers such as Marrvin Harrison but i think that he is a very good player. For example he was the MVP for Super Bowl 40 so he is underrated.
