Most urban legends are not real, although from time to time there might be one that started with a small kernel of truth that got embroidered on alot. Often they are creepy stories with a moral at the end, designed to teach a lesson of some sort in a way that you will definitely remember it. Which Urban Legend / or myth Are u speaking of ? there are soooo many! so aren't just so... But , I would think one would need to actually experince the ones that are.
