Do you like the name Bea for a little girl? I thought of it when I heard the name Beatrice- I don't really like that name, but I thought Bea would be short and sweet. I know it's one syllable, but I could put a longer middle name with it. What do you think?

Bea is a pretty name and if you like it thats all that matters My daughter is naming her little girl Ella Claire the older women in the family don't like it because it sounds old fashion but that is what my daughter wants and be quiet honest I like it to.

Bea is a nice name. I personally think it looks prettier spelled Bia, then it could be short for Bianca if you like that better than Beatrice. Cute first/middle combination suggestions would be

Bia Isadora
Bia Elizabeth
Bia Brianne
Bia Corinne
Bia Michelle
Bia Rosalyn
Bia Ismene
Bia Violet

I think Bea is an adorable name. Have you thought of Beatrix, as in the authoress of "Peter Rabbit"? Just a suggestion, but I do like the name Bea for a little girl.

Bea, like Bee-uh, or Bee?
I think either way, Bea would work better as a middle name, with a long first name. Like Genevieve Bea. But I guess something like Bea Cassandra sounds kind of cute too.

Honest answer, I hate Bea and Beatrice. They both sound like homely old ladies to me. Not trying to knock you, just truly hate the name.

Ohhh I love it!
My cousin has a daughter named Beatrice, and they call her Bea and it's so adorable. It's cute, but also classic, so you know it won't go "out of style" anytime soon. But definitly do pair it with a longer middle name.

It's different, I like unique names too. If you like it keep it lol. But yeah a longer syllable middle name can go with it, it may also depend on the last namewhat the middle name should be, unless u find a cute 1 syllable middle name. Goodluck!

It is a cute middle name. It looks like a nickname and she'll constantly be asked, "Oh, what is it short for?" Then in school all the Bumble Bee jokes will get old really quickly....

I think it would make a really cute middle name though...

Addison Bea
Katelyn Bea
Maya Bea
Clarissa Bea
