Not that I'm speaking from personal experience, but from those around me that are. Yes. Just the same as the first time for other goals/achievements. The first one is the hardest because it is new and something different but after you get use to it becomes habit. Like riding a bike. Hard at first but then riding a bike becomes the easiest thing in the world.
