Need more information here. More likely than not, you should be able to contact the newspaper it was published in, either via email or by phone, and be able to get a copy of the letter.

Tthat is a BROAD question. Think about what you wrote and RE-PHRASE your question so you can get an answer.

Example: Letter to the Editor. Which city, state, day, date and year, was the Letter to the Editor published, as well as, the name of the Newspaper where it was published.

You can go to your public library and ask them to help you find the letter to the editor.
