As a highlight color: shimmery or frosty pinks, whites, cream colors.

Crease Colors: Golds, Browns, Reddish Browns, (Really any shade of brown works.)

Lids: Blues (not too dark, shimmery light colors), any of the highlight colors, or golds.

Eyeliners: Try Sable (Dark Brown), and Bronze (Do both top and bottom lids. Start outside and work your way in. Take the eyeliner all the way to where the lashes end. Make sure you don't put liner on inner part of the eyelid..the part right up next to eyeball, as this can cause an infection.)

Curl Lashes and use a Black Mascara both top and bottom lashes. Also prior to mascara I would smoke eyes with a gold color (do this by taking eyeliner brush and go over bottom lid where eyeliner is thicker on the outside and thinner as you get closer to the eye.

You will get a different response from everyone, and of course everyone has different taste so I expect that to happen. I give you these colors because while doing my Color 101 Classes at my Mary Kay appointments the above is what (Mary Kay's Makeup Artist) has done and suggests. So play with it and have fun. I can give you the exact (Mary Kay) colors if you are interested. Just let me know.

All shades of brown can really make blue eyes pop! Pinks, Gold, Purple, & Gray colors also make blue eyes pop. But if you really want ur blue eyes to stand out, try putting a Dark Brown all over your eyelid, then put a dark sea blue or denim blue in the crease and blend, & to highlight the brow bone, try putting a light baby blue or light pale pink on the brow bone. Well for lashes, browns, blue, and dark blacks make eyes stand out. Finally for eyeliner, if you want your eyes to have a dramatic effect, try a dark black, For a natural look try a soft brown.

Hope I Helped!! Good Luck!!!

Blues and violets don't do bad for making blue eyes pop either. Brown is a universal for any eye color.

a purple eyeshadow will make your eyes pop. Also a blue mascara and a blue tinted white eye pencil worn on the inside of your eye will brighten the white & make your blu eyes stand out.

Try Alma's color intensifier for blue eyes. It is not that expensive and it usually looks good. The color is brown.

Try using some purple with some shimmer in it. That should make your blue eyes pop. Or try doing the smokey eye, that should work as well.
