Women don't really have to physically masturbate like men do to have a orgasm. Women can achieve orgasm through mental fantasing alone, where as men are not really able to do that. So really probably not if you don't consider fantasing masturbation.

Well when I'm by myself, I use porn and just rub my clit*oris. Yeah I know porn probably sounds disgusting to you but it's the only way I can do it by myself, I need that visual and auditorial stimulus. My boyfriend loves the idea of my using porn, I'm sure most guys would, it shows sexual maturity and libido. Not saying do it, but yeah. It takes me about five minutes. I also don't finger myself but I love it when my boyfriend does. I dont need visual stuff when he is giving my oral or whatever, I don't know why haha :) And if you wnt to know how guys do it, all the do is wrap the hands around the penis, using lubrication and just squeeze up and down, like theyre in a vagina haha Nothing wrong with any of this. Why do you ask by the way??

Well Wakka, you don't say whether you are a he or a she. Basically, why would you want to stop? Why would anyone? There is absolutely nothing wrong with doing it. It is perfectly natural for anyone, boy or girl, to do it and for anyone to suggest that it's is more necessary for a boy to masturbate than a girl is just plain silly.

Mens' need to climax is more physical than womens' (i.e. have you heard of the term "blue balls"? It's an uncomfortable condition that occurs for men when they have withheld release for an extended period of time.) A woman's need to climax is less physical, more mental and emotional, so we, on the whole, are less driven to masturbate as regularly as men.

Not sure why anyone of any gender would want to stop, unless their religion dictates it. Masturbating is healthy. Consider your reasons carefully before deciding to omit this self-nurturing practice from your life.

We have learned that masturbation for men and women is normal and helps us in many ways.

I wouldn't suggest stopping, but maybe trying some new toys.

Good luck

Yes, I would think so. Why, on earth, would you want to stop!!??
Enjoy yourself. You can't masturbate too much...just don't do it while you're picking up a loaf of bread at the grocery store!

Varies from one person to the next... Although I would agree in that it's hard to stop... the way I stopped? I got a girlfriend. =D

Any habit is just as hard to break for one gender as it is for another.
