I don't know, but butter is fine to eat anyway. Just eat the real thing.

BECAUSE IT -IS- CRAP!
Natural butter used sensibly is FAR more healthful than margarine. Margarine is full of trans fats and other yucky chemicals. Butter is better.

it was supposed to be called 'Ugh! I can't believe I'm not using butter!' but the printer goofed and the name stuck.
