NO...these things are highly regulated...as they should be. Plus, it would be really impossible to feed them unless you live in a place like Southern California or Florida (or had a greenhouse in your backyard) where you could cultivate a nice acre or so of eucalyptus year-round to feed them. No one makes "koala chow"...you have to feed them fresh eucalyptus...not easy to grow. They may be cute, but they're also really cranky critters and sleep a LOT...buy a stuffed one at the toy store and you'll get the same effect without torturing a little creature and without doing something illegal!

First off, it's koala not kola. Second, you can only have a koala if you have an animal license.

You cannot have a koala as a pet...you don't need any special liscense, you just can't have one!
First of all, it's illegal to take animals native to one country out of that country, and second of all, that's reallly cruel!

Do you mean koala? And if so then I don't think that they would let you have one in the United States. I'm sorry that you can't have one though. It would be cool if you could, though.
SORRY, THOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
