I really eant a exotic pet as you can tell. I want a exotic pet like a monkey.

you have to check with your city laws. monkey, chinchilla, skunk, fruit bats, pot belly pigs, chihuahua? or just get a puerto rican boyfriend.

Exotic animals are not usually good pets. Depending on what kind it is, it may even be illegal to own or you will need a licence to own it. Also, most exotic pets are very difficult to care for. They need specific diets and housing, and require a lot of attention. If you really want an exotic pet, please make sure you have the time, money, and resources for such a pet. Never get a pet without doing lots of research first!
Also, monkeys are not good pets because of the extreme amount of care they require. Monkeys can carry many diseases that are transferable to humans. They can also be very temperamental.

Exoctic animals aren't the best pets to keep! If you want an exotic pet the closest thing i can think of his a spotted geko, tortoises or snakes or tropical fish! but the needed there tanks heating and there aren't the funnest pets. Why don't you buy a rabbit or guinea pig maybe a hamster!

You have to have an animal license to have exotic animals. But I suggest you stick with simple, easier to take care of pets like dogs and cats......a snake would be better for you because it's legal and easy to take care of [if you're careful, that is]. Want and Get are two VERY different things!!!!!!!!!!!!

In some states like Texas as long as you get a license and have a place to keep it, you can get any thing... Lions, elephants I read about a guy that had a tiger. Maybe you should start with something smaller like a sugar glider or a Greek tortoise.

If you want to have an exotic animal, then you'll have to find out what animal you are allowed to have in your state, so you could probaly find this out at exoticanimals.com. I think that you'll be able to find all of your information there.

Get a stick insect..easy and cheap to look after :)
Don't get a monkey please..i used to look after monkeys that had been pets but then got nasty and they were mentally scarred...

Look ^ if it is legal in your state 2 have 1 and then get a monkey if you want 1. I live in Michigan and my uncle has always wanted 1 and i know they r legal here. If u want the pet then go get it if that is wat u desire.

Get a gosling (baby goose). Better yet, get a hatching egg and when it hatches, it will think the first living thing it sees is it's mother.
